About us
About Fence Craft Chandler
We are a licensed and insured fence and wall contractor based in Chandler, Arizona, serving Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa and Sun Lakes. We build block walls, view fences, pool barriers and gates, and we repair the ones that have failed.
How does a project with us work?
- Site visit. We measure, look at the soil, slope, irrigation and access, and talk through materials.
- Rules check. We check city or county height and permit rules for your address, and ask about your HOA.
- Written quote. An itemized price covering footings, materials, gates, demolition, finish and any permit work.
- Build. Utility locate first, then footings, reinforcement, and gates hung to swing and latch cleanly.
- Walkthrough. We clean up, test every gate with you and point out anything to watch, such as sprinklers near the wall.
What do we build?
Block walls, wall extensions, wrought iron and view fences, pool fences, RV and side-yard gates, vinyl and wood fences, and fence and wall repair.
Why do we publish rules and prices?
Most homeowners ask the same things before anything else: what it costs, whether a permit is needed and whether the HOA will allow it. Our guides answer those with dates and sources, so you can plan before anyone comes out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fence Craft Chandler is licensed and insured, and we share license and insurance details with every written quote. In Arizona, contractors are licensed by the Registrar of Contractors (ROC), which lists fencing and masonry as separate license classifications. You can look up any contractor's license on the ROC website before you hire.
